Progression includes the ability to be nominated for regional or overseas projects as and when opportunities arise.Able to steward the Legal support for the Company and individual user group based on coordination with the General Counsel.Able to assist the General Counsel to develop the team members.Able to assist the General Counsel for external engagements, including serve as a permanent representative in associations.
Able to serve as a stand in for the General Counsel.Lead LRO’s initiatives either independently or collectively with other designated personnel.Demonstrates the ability to champion and lead initiatives that can promote the quality of Legal, LRO or the Company respectively.Provide legal support for the users in which the person is able to demonstrate consistent exemplary ability to apply strategic thinking, good judgment and leadership qualities. This includes the ability to effectively serve as the first chair for a project.
